Warning and Ban System

Now the warning system has also been implemented.
Means you will get a reward for a good thing and a warning for a bad thing.
Warning will be given if you:
- Explicitly and intentionally breaking the rules.
- Has been warned either manually or officially, but keep doing against the rules.
- Doing something that is considered to disturb the EF community.

5 warnings = ban
Some special case might directly make you banned without any warning first.

Stick to the rules and everything will be fine.
