| Share your original, self-made recipes here!
Write here some of your own made recipes so we can all try 'em!
Mine's (might not be too original but i tried it was my fave snack/food)
Fishballs w/ eggs(some kind of pulutan)
basically, it's mixed Fishballs and eggs(not seperately cooked) and add in some spices, such as pepper and salt.
Mushrooms w/ eggs (eggs are cheap!)
Simply put, mixed mushrooms and eggs. Add in lots of pepper and salt. Try also adding Ginisa mix for the extra taste. ~_~
What's yours? | |

| Pineapple Rice
I get:
Rice(pre-cooked) Margerine(butter can do too) Eggs(3 of them, raw.) MsG(Monosodium Glutamate, food flavouring) Fish sticks Crab sticks Some prawns Some chicken chunks Pineapple chunks(MOST IMPORTANT, DO NOT FORGET) Onion rings
Instructions:
-Mix rice in moderate sized bowl with two eggs, MsG and margerine. -Pour a bit of oil into a big frying pan or a wok. -Heat it up and put in the raw prawns and chicken. Cook a while till reddish prawns, chicken, brown. -Put in rice that has been stirred. Mix and fry for a while. -Add crab sticks and fish sticks(these have been pre-cooked when they come but just to be safe) -Next add the onion rings. Make sure they are not too big. Fry till fragrant. -Add the pineapple chunks. Stir a few times and lift off stove. -Put in plate. -Heat up wok again, add in one last raw egg into empty wok. Make sure egg is beaten first. -Wait for it to harden a little and turn off gas. -Scrape up the hard-soft boiled scrambled eggs. Serve the rice with the scrambled egg on the side. You can add some pepper for flavour. Some raw mint is a good choice too. Done. | |
